Sotara L. Manalo, D.O., is a board-certified Family Medicine physician serving patients in Chino and the broader Inland Empire region of Southern California. With nearly two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Manalo is known for her holistic, patient-centered approach and her commitment to preventive care, chronic disease management, and osteopathic principles.

Dr. Manalo earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Touro University California College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo, California, graduating in 2007. She completed her Family Medicine residency at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, CA, where she trained extensively in both outpatient and inpatient care.

She is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and maintains active enrollment in Medicare’s PECOS system, ensuring streamlined access for patients across insurance networks.

She is also a participating provider with PrimeCare Chino IPA, and accepts most major insurance plans. Patients consistently praise her for her attentiveness, clear communication, and dedication to whole-person care.
